Reinforcement fitter — Hertford County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Hertford County, North Carolina. You will be based at a high-rise construction project. On the job you will handle: • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder Ideal candidate: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
