Occupational health and safety officer wanted in Kumbotso

Immediate opening: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Kumbotso, Kano State. The job is on a high-rise building project. Day-to-day duties: • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date You should have: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦215,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
