Rebar worker wanted in Columbia County

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar worker in Columbia County, Georgia. You will work at a high-rise construction project. On the job you will handle: • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust You should have: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
