Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Lenawee County, Michigan. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
