Join our team: we are hiring a solar mounting technician in Franklin County, Idaho. You will work at an off-grid rural installation. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting and carrying panels all day • MCS or equivalent solar PV installation certification On the job you will handle: • Fit roof anchors, flashings and waterproof penetrations • Terminate MC4 connectors and check polarity before energizing • Read PV layout drawings and single-line diagrams on site • Lay out panel strings to match the shading and layout plan • Carry out periodic inspection and fault-finding on existing arrays • Carry panels and equipment up ladders and scaffolding safely Rotating shifts.
