Join our team: we are hiring a sausage maker in Mid and East Antrim, Northern Ireland. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Your main tasks: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time, day shift.
