Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Harris County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy production line. The role involves lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. What we are looking for: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Part-time with flexible hours.
