Vacancy available: back-of-house cleaner (South Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Union County, South Carolina. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Six days a week, one day off.
