Now hiring: powder coating operator (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in King William County, Virginia. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
