Join our team: gas installation technician (Kansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Wabaunsee County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points Requirements: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
