Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Hale County, Alabama. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works The role involves: • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
