Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Wabash County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Wabash County, Illinois. You will work at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Rotating shifts. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
