Tyre technician — Logan County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tyre technician in Logan County, Arkansas. You will work in a commercial truck tyre depot. On a typical shift you will torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres; log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors; carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe. What we are looking for: • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly Rotating shifts.
