Steel fixer — Marshall County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel fixer in Marshall County, West Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine You should have: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Full-time with occasional weekends.
