Removals porter • Putnam County, New York

We are recruiting: we are hiring a removals porter in Putnam County, New York. The role involves carry boxes and heavy items up and down stairs using proper lifting technique; load and unload furniture, boxes and appliances into the removal van; navigate narrow staircases, lifts and tight doorways with large furniture; carry out a walk-through inventory check before leaving each property. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in all weather conditions, indoors and outdoors • Own steel-toe boots and work gloves • Previous experience in removals, warehousing or manual handling 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
