Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
