Cake decorator wanted in Buena Vista County

Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Buena Vista County, Iowa. The job is at a cake shop. Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 5+ years on the tools preferred.
