Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Nsit Atai, Akwa Ibom State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat We offer ₦14,000 per day plus benefits.
