Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Polk County, Tennessee. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts.
