Cnc lathe setter — Ross County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Ross County, Ohio. You will work in a job-work machining unit. Day-to-day duties: • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear Ideal candidate: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
