Great opportunity: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Archer County, Texas. Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Your main tasks: • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
