Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. The role involves: • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness Ideal candidate: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
