UPVC door and window fabricator — Monmouth County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Monmouth County, New Jersey. You will work on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres The role involves: • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
