We are recruiting: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Morris County, Texas. On a typical shift you will mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly. You should have: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement 6+ years on the tools preferred.
