Powder coating sprayer wanted in Muskingum County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Muskingum County, Ohio. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
