Steel erection rigger wanted in Brooks County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Brooks County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
