Steel fixer wanted in Washington County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel fixer in Washington County, Georgia. The job is at a precast concrete yard. On a typical shift you will read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder. Ideal candidate: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
