Now hiring: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Greene County, North Carolina. The job is on re-roofing and repair jobs. On the job you will handle: • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Insulate and ventilate the roof void You should have: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • A good head for heights and steady balance • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
