Reservations and front desk agent wanted in Kuban

Great opportunity: we are hiring a reservations and front desk agent in Kuban, Kaduna State. The job is at an airport hotel. On the job you will handle: • Verify ID and payment details against the booking record • Check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS) • Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and housekeeping status • Monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows • Liaise with housekeeping on room status and turnaround times You should have: • Basic knowledge of local attractions, transport and restaurants • Confident using a PMS (Opera, Fidelio, Protel or similar) • Fluent in the local language plus good spoken English Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
