Tandoor cook wanted in Tucker County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Tucker County, West Virginia. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
