Production line operative wanted in Buffalo County

Now hiring: we are hiring a production line operative in Buffalo County, Wisconsin. The job is in a packaging and assembly workshop. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work The role involves: • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench 1+ years on the tools preferred.
