You should have: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale The role involves blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
