Urgent requirement: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Lincoln County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Full-time with occasional weekends.
