Furnace operator • Carroll County, Mississippi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a furnace operator in Carroll County, Mississippi. You will fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings. Ideal candidate: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling 1+ years on the tools preferred.
