Urgent requirement: rebar fixer (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Atascosa County, Texas. You will cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers. What we are looking for: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire 4+ years on the tools preferred.
