Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Twin Falls County, Idaho. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time with occasional weekends.
