Assembly technician • Marion County, Illinois

Vacancy available: we are hiring an assembly technician in Marion County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy assembly plant. The role involves: • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts Requirements: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
