Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Jackson County, Alabama. The job is at a doors and windows manufacturing unit. What we are looking for: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections On the job you will handle: • Anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
