You should have: • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand On a typical shift you will replace cracked or broken window panes; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; install toughened and laminated safety glass; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
