Vacancy available: shuttering carpenter (Michigan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Clinton County, Michigan. The job is on a residential tower site. On a typical shift you will read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs. Requirements: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites 5+ years on the tools preferred.
