Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Itas/Gadau, Bauchi State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
