Urgent requirement: fire and safety officer (Colorado)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Larimer County, Colorado. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces The role involves: • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
