Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking.
