Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Runnels County, Texas. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop Day to day you will fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash.
