We are recruiting: shuttering fixer (Illinois)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Edwards County, Illinois. You will work on a bridge and flyover project. Day to day you will watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN). Requirements: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided.
