Natural gas fitter — Crow Wing County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Crow Wing County, Minnesota. You will be based on commercial and industrial sites. On a typical shift you will carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints. Requirements: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Driving licence for travel between sites 2+ years on the tools preferred.
