Vacancy available: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Pitkin County, Colorado. The job is at a sheet metal roofing workshop. Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) You will bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
