You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
