Now hiring: we are hiring a commercial solar installer in Iowa County, Iowa. The job is on a flat-roof commercial building. Your main tasks: • Label DC and AC circuits and complete the system handover pack • Terminate MC4 connectors and check polarity before energizing • Carry out periodic inspection and fault-finding on existing arrays • Run DC cabling from panels to combiner boxes and string inverters Ideal candidate: • Proven experience installing rooftop or ground-mount PV systems • Working at height / roof access training (e.g. IPAF, PASMA) • Basic electrical knowledge of DC and AC systems Full-time, day shift.
