Deboner — Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Washington County, Tennessee. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
